> Sound Relief Tinnitus & Hearing Care Center is an independent, doctor-led audiology practice specializing in tinnitus, hyperacusis, misophonia, and hearing care. Founded by Dr. Julie Prutsman, a third-generation hearing care professional, Sound Relief operates clinics across Colorado and Arizona and serves patients nationwide. The practice is known for its proprietary Sound Relief TRT Protocol — an enhanced form of Tinnitus Retraining Therapy that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), structured patient education, and personalized sound therapy.

Sound Relief evaluations last 90 to 120 minutes and use Real Ear Measurements (REMs) as standard. The practice treats hearing loss, tinnitus, hyperacusis, misophonia, and other sound sensitivity disorders, and provides earwax removal, hearing aid technology and repairs, custom hearing protection, and specialized services for musicians. All care is delivered by licensed Doctors of Audiology.
