I have been so totally impressed of how Sound Relief has taken an interest in making sure that I receive the best service to make sure that I have no issues with my hearing. I am totally blind, and my hearing is very important to me. When I first went to Sound Relief when they opened up their office in Highlands Ranch they allowed me to use a set of hearing aids for several weeks to make sure the worked for me before I made a commitment to purchase them. They have always made me aware of the newest technology in their hearing aids, and have never failed to give me the best service possible. Just recently I had an issue of some blook that had clogged the hearing device that needed to be sent back to the developers of the hearing aids to be fixed, and they made sure that they gave me another loner set of hearing aids while my hearing aids were being serviced. I would never allow anyone else to take care of my hearing problems, and would highly recommend Sound Relief to anyone that has any hearing issues. This is a highly rated hearing aid company that is definably concerned with healthy hearing for their clients.

I have been a patient of Sound Relief Hearing Center and Dr. Julie for approximately 15 years. She and her staff of audiologists have consistently given me the gift of hearing. I love the sound of ground coffee being poured into a filter, hearing paper rustling, dry leaves rustling, the voices of my wife and children. They are all very encouraging, helpful, and supportive. And I love the fresh baked cookies in the reception area. Thank you all so much.

Dr Julie Prutsman is a very kind and caring doctor. I had made an appointment to get my hearing checked and she was stopping by the front desk and answered my questions. The office was staffed with friendly and professional people. My appointment with Dr Kelli Whitley was very good too. Dr Kelli answered all of my questions and did my ear cleaning with ease. The whole process at Sound Relief was a very good experience. Thank you!
