I grew up in a cozy small town just outside of St. Louis, Missouri, and I completed my studies at St. Louis University.

My journey into hearing care began unexpectedly when Patrick, a colleague of mine, introduced me to Sound Relief. Before joining the team I wasn’t particularly familiar with audiology, but I've discovered a genuine passion for it since.

Learning about hearing loss and tinnitus has been an enlightening experience, and my family always enjoys hearing me advocate for hearing protection and discuss how hearing loss can affect cognitive decline—humorously, of course!

In my day-to-day role, I have the pleasure of managing accounts payable and accounts receivable and overseeing the insurance department. A big part of my responsibilities also involves providing support to our patients as they navigate their insurance policies.

What truly excites me about my work is my love for numbers, spreadsheets, and reconciliations. Beyond the numbers, I find fulfillment in being a valuable resource for our patients, helping them make the most of their insurance benefits.

Outside the office, I’m all about adventure and quality time with my family. I love to go hiking, enjoy live music, and cherish every moment I get to spend with my loved ones.
