I grew up in the sunny city of Yuma, Arizona. My passion for helping others led me to transition from working in a women's health clinic to the fascinating world of hearing care. I felt that this field offered a refreshing change, with each day bringing unique and interesting situations.

As a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) here, my day is all about ensuring that both our patients and our office are ready for a successful day. I start by preparing the office, checking off my to-dos, and responding to any voicemails. A big part of my role involves confirming that patients have completed necessary paperwork and that their insurance information is up to date. I also make confirmation calls to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What truly lights up my day is the interaction with our patients. Witnessing the joy on their faces when they realize they can hear better is incredibly rewarding. I'm also fortunate to work alongside a team of dedicated doctors who make every day enjoyable and fulfilling.

When I'm not at the clinic, I love spending quality time with my fiancé and our dog Marley. Going to the movies is my favorite pastime, offering a perfect way to unwind.
