Originally, I'm from South Korea, but I was raised in Colorado and moved to Arizona in 2022. My educational journey began with a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and I further pursued a Doctor of Audiology degree at Wichita State University.

I chose to join Sound Relief because of my passion for focusing on tinnitus management—tinnitus is a condition that is often misunderstood and overlooked yet can be incredibly disruptive. I was drawn to Sound Relief's commitment to recognizing the complexity of tinnitus and prioritizing a compassionate, individualized approach to helping our patients.

In my role, I conduct hearing and tinnitus evaluations, fit and adjust hearing devices, and manage tinnitus care. I work closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans, provide ongoing counseling, and ensure our solutions genuinely improve their quality of life. My responsibilities also include handling follow-up appointments and in-office repairs and maintaining thorough documentation, all while fostering long-term relationships and enhancing the overall patient experience.

The most rewarding aspect of my work is witnessing how evidence-based approaches and spending time with patients can make a significant and lasting impact on their lives. This is why I truly enjoy coming to work every day.

Outside the office, I find great joy in being a mom. Spending time with my kids, being part of their activities, and simply having quality time together brings me immense joy and balance. Cooking for them and being involved in their lives is incredibly fulfilling for me.
