I grew up and went to school in Orange County, California. Although my career began in the restaurant and customer service industries, I was looking for a path that would bring me a deeper sense of fulfillment. That's when Sound Relief caught my eye; their specialization in treating less commonly understood conditions within the hearing care industry truly resonated with me.

In my role, I have the joy of assisting with hearing aid fittings and repairs, updating hearing tests for our patients, and supporting our audiologist during her appointments. I also manage and grade our online learning center and keep our office organized.

What I find most rewarding about my work is the blend of clinical skills and meaningful connections I get to make with our patients. It's incredibly fulfilling to see the positive impact we have on their lives.

Outside of the office, I indulge in my love for baking—mostly for fun, but sometimes for local restaurants. While I don't get to do it as often as I'd like, I also love traveling and exploring new places when the opportunity arises.
