I grew up in the beautiful Colorado Springs and now have the pleasure of working in a field that I'm passionate about. I chose Sound Relief because our commitment to patient care resonates with my personal values. Being part of a team that prioritizes providing excellent experiences to our patients is incredibly important to me.
In my day-to-day role, I handle the intricate process of filing claims on behalf of our patients. This involves a diligent follow-up to guarantee everything is processed accurately. I see myself as an advocate for each patient, working tirelessly to ensure that dealing with insurance companies is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I find a deep sense of fulfillment in knowing that my efforts contribute to making healthcare a bit more accessible and less intimidating for those we serve.
When I'm not in the office, I enjoy playing video games, watching movies, and crocheting.
