Jamee Burke
I grew up in Nebraska and attended BYU for my education. Since 2014, I've been part of the incredible team at Sound Relief; I appreciate how we prioritize the well-being of our patients and truly focus on helping them. Being here has allowed me to work alongside so many amazing people and assist wonderful patients every day.
In my role, I handle everything related to insurance. This includes submitting claims and pre-authorizations, following up on claim processing, and managing appeals, disputes, and payment postings. I also help patients understand their insurance benefits. I love ensuring that patients get the most out of their insurance and making sure that everything processes correctly.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and grandkids, traveling, and diving into a good book.
