Kayla grew up in Georgia, moving frequently across the state during her childhood, and is a graduate of Hawkinsville High School.

Working in the hearing care field was a natural fit for Kayla, as she's seen firsthand how hearing loss can impact one's life. With her dad wearing hearing aids and her husband, John, living with tinnitus, she was inspired to join the field, driven by her natural curiosity and passion to learn new things and help others.

As the first friendly face patients meet when they arrive at our office, Kayla's role involves gathering essential information to set up the right types of appointments with the doctors while ensuring a positive patient experience. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the joy on patients' faces when they find the right solution to improve their hearing and quality of life.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys being outdoors, especially camping and hiking with her four-year-old son. When the weather isn’t in her favor, she likes to read, crochet, write, or just have fun with her son.
