I grew up in a suburb near Fort Lauderdale, FL, and pursued my education at Florida State University and Florida Atlantic University. I chose to enter the world of hearing care after reading numerous positive patient and employee reviews. I knew it would be a great place to work!

In my day-to-day role, I review patient insurance policies to outline any hearing benefits they have. This preparation ensures we're fully ready for their visit. By laying the groundwork for Patient Care Coordinators, I help ensure that they know what to collect when a patient checks in.

What I love most about my work is the impact I can make. I provide detailed cost outlines for our various levels of devices, which aid doctors and patients in making informed, budget-conscious decisions.

Outside of the office, I enjoy running a book club, playing video games, and doing hot yoga. I cherish my time with my husband, our two cats, and my friends.
