I grew up in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and attended Illinois State University.

In my role at Sound Relief, I have the pleasure of being the first point of contact for our new patients; being the first friendly face they see as they walk through the doors means I have the pressure of making a great first impression, but it’s one of my greatest joys to meet new people.

Scheduling appointments is one of my key responsibilities, but what I genuinely love is chatting with each individual and learning about their unique backgrounds—no two patients are the same.

My favorite part of the job is when people come to us with questions and concerns and I can confidently tell them, “We can help!” Seeing the relief and happiness that light up their faces upon knowing we’ll take their concerns seriously makes me so glad to do what I do each day.

Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, camping, cooking, and spending time with my family.
