Born in California, I made the move to Colorado at the age of seven and settled in the Niwot/Longmont area for most of my upbringing.

My journey has taken me across the country, having lived in Rhode Island during high school and even Texas for a time. I pursued my education at a community college in Colorado and later ventured into the field of aesthetics, obtaining my state licenses in both hair and skin care. Currently, I'm halfway through the Audiology Assistant program at Nova Southeastern University, which has been a fulfilling endeavor.

Before joining the Sound Relief team, I began my career in the medical field through chiropractic care, where I served as an office manager for over three years. This experience was pivotal for me, as I discovered the immense satisfaction that comes from witnessing patient progress and nurturing meaningful relationships.

Being in the medical field is incredibly rewarding, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to contribute to someone's well-being.

In my role as a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC), I juggle a variety of responsibilities. From scheduling appointments and managing communications via phone and email to welcoming walk-ins and overseeing clean-and-check appointments or hearing aid repairs—there’s always something to keep me engaged.

I ensure the smooth operation of our office by handling shipping and receiving, ordering devices, managing inventory, and assisting our doctors with timeliness. I’m here to help walk-in patients and facilitate any in-office issues or manufacturer repairs. As the most senior PCC, I also take pride in training our new hires to ensure they deliver the best care.

What truly lights up my day are the relationships I build with our patients. I enjoy learning about each one, and I take pride in being able to address patients by name and share a laugh when they visit. It’s these interactions and seeing how the services we provide can change lives that bring me the most joy.

When I'm not at work, you might find me indulging in my love for sports. Watching golf is a favorite pastime, and I’m thrilled about getting back into playing this year. I also cherish spending quality time with friends and family and love to explore new places through travel.
